I have been working for over 15 years in the tourism and hospitality industry in Rovaniemi; working with hotels, destination management companies and resorts. I’ve spent most of my career in management roles, completing both administrative and operational tasks and projects. Through this work, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and insight into this dynamic industry, allowing me to understand both the employee’s perspective and the pressures of being an business owner.
